Welcome!

I am a Senior Lecturer in Digital Economy, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Surrey Business School. I am a member of the Centre of Digital Economy at the University of Surrey, a Guest Researcher at ifo Institute and a Research Affiliate of the CESifo Network.

Before joining Surrey, I was an Assistant Professor at the Chair of Organizational Economics at LMU Munich and an Economist at the ifo Center for Industrial Organization and New Technologies. I was a Visiting Scholar at the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard in 2022.

At LMU Munich, I was a member of the CRC TRR 190 Rationality and Competition and part of the Predictive People Analytics team. At ifo, I was Intermediaire of the CESifo Research Network Area on Economics of Digitization and Academic Coordinator of the CESifo Visiting Researchers Programme.

My research interests include empirical innovation economics, digitization, and migration.
